"Construction, it's my passion."
- Mark Woodlock
Mark entered the Construction Industry in 1976 as a Laborer. Within two years, Mark had
advanced his status to a Carpenter. By the age of 25, Mark was a General Foreman
overseeing the construction of mid-rise condominium projects. In 1983, Mark became a
Licensed Florida General Contractor, and subsequently the General Contractor for a
Central Florida Development Corporation.
In 1992, Mark exited the Central Florida Development Corporation to form his own
Residential Development Corporation. Incorporated in 1995, Mark's firm was a frequent
participant in the Parade of Homes.
Eager to learn the legal aspects of the Construction Industry, at age 40, Mark ensued the
formal education necessary to become a Florida Construction Law Attorney. Upon his
acceptance to the Florida Bar in 2006, Mark formed the Woodlock Construction Law Firm,
P.A. in 2007.
